The club meets on the third Wednesday of the month from September until April in Colmonell Kirk Hall. Throughout the winter months we have a wide variety of speakers covering a wide range of topics mainly those suggested by members.

During the summer months we have a variety of planned visits.

In June we visited Holmes Farm Garden near Irvine followed by Barnweil Garden. We enjoyed a tour of both gardens with a cream tea in the morning, lunch in between then afternoon tea!

On 19th July we are planning lunch in the Victorian Garden tearoom, Glenapp followed by a tour of the gardens led by the head gardener.

On 17th August we plan to visit Mount Stewart on the shores of Strangford Lough in NI. Mount Stewart is National Trust property, terms applicable in NI. Stena are offering a £5.00 day return which is on offer three days a week. We plan to travel on the 7.30am ferry to Belfast. We will then travel by organised transport to Mount Stewart and return for the 15.30 ferry.

13th September our outing is to Millhall and Broughton House, Kirkcudbright.

Non club members are welcome on all our planned outings and are most welcome to come along to any of our meetings, enjoy the speaker, cuppa, chat and exchange ideas.
